Eastside Blood Drive
Ms. Bernarducci, Ms. Flores, Ms. Fabian and Mrs. Adams, of the physical education department, would like to thank the staff and students of Eastside High School for their support on another successful blood drive. This year we were able to collect 79 pints of blood, assisting 237 people, with the help of the American Red Cross. We would like to give a special shout out to Dr. Karen Johnson, Mr. Dan Verrico, and Ms. Maria Elena Gonzalez for taking the time out of their busy day to donate blood. We are also proud to announce that we have been able to secure a $500 scholarship for a student assisting in the blood drive that is committed to attending a 4 year university. Thank you all again for helping us make this another successful venture.
